Position Overview
As a Team Member, you will receive...
OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ROLES :
- $50,000 - $60,000 Base Pay plus commission / bonuses, earning between $55,000 - $65,000 / yr
- Base pay will be determined upon interview, work experience, and position
- Paid time off (vacation and personal / sick days)

- Monday - Friday Daytime Hours, no late nights or weekends required

Responsibilities
- Establish strong customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Requirements
- Able to commute to Denver CO, near Washington Park area
- Current / active Colorado Property and Casualty License Required
- 2+ years of active insurance sales experience Preferred
- Bilingual Spanish and English speakers strongly encouraged to apply
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
