In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services, ensuring that our clients receive the care they expect.

Key Responsibilities : Repairs : Perform electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs in various settings. Maintenance : Ensure the proper functioning of mechanical systems and conduct necessary repairs.

Cleaning : Conduct general cleaning and upkeep throughout properties. Installation : Install and replace flooring, stairs, and piping as needed.

Renovation : Repair and paint structural components, including doors, windows, walls, and ceilings. Waste Management : Maintain trash and recycling receptacles across facilities.

HVAC Services : Service and repair air conditioning and heating systems. Tools & Transport : Provide your own transportation and tools for job sites.

Math Skills : Utilize basic math skills for task completion. Communication : Maintain clear communication with clients and team members.

Problem-Solving : Stay organized and effectively address challenges. Attention to Detail : Uphold high standards in all work performed.

Qualifications : High school diploma or GED preferred (relevant experience may substitute). Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Familiarity with hand and power tools is required. Reliable transportation is necessary. Flexible availability is essential.

Mechanical aptitude is a plus. A contractor or journeyman license is an advantage. What We Offer : Coverage of all material costs.
