Home Care Clinic Director - Registered Nurse

Location : Fort Myers, FL (Onsite)

Compensation : Up to $100,000 (based on experience) + Benefits

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Call Requirement : On-call every night including weekends (screened by coordinator; CD contacted only for true emergencies)

We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to step into a leadership role as Clinic Director in our Ocala home care office. This is an onsite position where you'll oversee clinical operations, support a talented care team, and ensure patients receive the highest quality of care. You'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact by supervising RNs and LPNs, supporting skilled nursing services, and providing leadership in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
