Key Responsibilities

4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth or startup environments

Experience recruiting across multiple functions including technical, sales, and G&A roles

Hands-on experience identifying and engaging passive talent through various channels

Skilled at managing multiple requisitions and tracking hiring progress

Experienced with applicant tracking systems and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
