The Director of Operations Training at Sono Bello is crucial for ensuring the effectiveness of clinical support and training across existing and new centers.
This role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for team development, best practice implementation, and adherence to policies and procedures.
You will oversee performance measures to assess team success and impact.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Advocate for clinical training integration within the organization.
- Provide leadership and development for managers and clinical trainers.
- Develop best practices for aligning medical and business leadership.
- Maintain and establish top-tier training practices and programs.
- Conduct strategic capacity planning to optimize training processes.
- Establish benchmarks and metrics for measuring training success.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders about training initiatives.
- Oversee and optimize training and onboarding plans.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Conduct needs analysis to determine departmental requirements.
- Develop plans and reports to showcase departmental work.
RESOURCE DEPLOYEMENT :
- Prioritize resource allocation aligned with senior leadership.
- Manage conflicts related to resource allocation.
- Develop a communication plan with field leadership.
- Ensure trainers are supported with follow-up plans for success.
TRAINING CONTENT :
- Ensure quality, consistency, and ease of access for training content.
- Refresh and update content as necessary.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to justify investments in training infrastructure.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITES :
- Oversee best practices in training across existing and new centers.
- Develop team members and attract top talent.
- Create scorecards to measure team impact and resource utilization.
- Provide support to other Clinical TMX team members as needed.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILL REQUIRED :
- Preference given to leaders with medical organization leadership experience.
- 3-5 years in medical leadership roles -or-
- 5-7 years in operations leadership in distributed location businesses.
- Experience in problem-solving and program implementation.
- Willingness to work on Medical Policy Development, Compliance, and Clinical Training / Education.
- Experience with Joint Commissions, AAAASF, or AAAHC accreditation is beneficial.
- Passion for developing people and teams.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Effective trainer with excellent communication skills.
- Strategic planning abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic computer skills.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT :
This role requires up to 50-75% travel based on business needs.
COMPENSTATION :
At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. The compensation range for this role is $135,000 - $165,000 Base + Bonus, depending on experience.
