TheAccounts Receivable Manager (Commercial Credit &Collections) is responsible for overseeing the companys daytodayactivities to ensure optimal cash flow and minimal bad debt.
Thisposition requires a strong leader with the ability to prioritizeplan and direct the department.
- Managea team of AR specialists oversee invoicing issuing credit / debitmemos collection and cash applicationactivities
- Developand implement credit strategies and work closely with ourmembership to resolve credit issues.
- Overseeand manage daytoday accounts receivable activities includinginvoicing payment processing and account reconciliations to ensuretimely collection of outstandinginvoices
- Prepareand present regular reports on credit and collection activitiesincluding aging reports and DSOanalysis.
- Handlecomplex or escalated collection issues and negotiate payment termswithcustomers.
- Workclosely with sales and customer service teams to addresscreditrelated issues and customerdisputes.

Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration orrelated field.
Proven experience (typically 5 years) in credit managementcollections or a related financial role with at least 2 years in amanagerialposition.
Strong understanding of credit and accounts receivable principlespractices andregulations.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability tomake datadriven decisions with a keen attention to detail andaccuracy.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (ExcelWordPowerPoint).
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the abilityto interact effectively with customers team members and seniormanagement.
Selfmotivate goaloriented teamplayer
