Community Autism Services, formerly known as STAR of CA and a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Milpitas , CA , and the surrounding areas (Hayward, Fremont, San Jose, San Mateo) .

Pay : $100,000 - $115,000 per year

Job Duties
- Create ABA programs tailored for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
- Conduct parent / caregiver education and functional behavior assessments.
- Employ evidence-based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions.
- Collect behavioral data, complete progress notes, and handle case management.
- Deliver direct intervention in home, school, and community settings.
- Offer clinical direction, training, and support to STAR of CA and Community Autism Services (CAS) ABA Behavior Technicians.
- Provide supervised, professional experience to STAR of CA and Community Autism Services (CAS) staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification through group and individual supervision.
Requirements
- Possess an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Flexible to work with combined home and school caseloads.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Previous experience in supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
- Commitment to cultural competency in a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
