Job Name : Senior Manager of Financial Reporting
Location : Bellevue, WA (Onsite)
Pay Rate : $120,000 - $155,000 / year

Our eastside client is looking for a Senior Manager of Financial Reporting. Candidate must be experienced in Revenue Recognition and billing operations with a minimum of 6+ years of experience, CPA required and excellent communication skills.
Role consists of ad hoc projects, SEC filings, and managing staff. High Visibility role.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare SEC filings (10K, 10Q) and prepare position papers
- Lead the adoption of new accounting pronouncements
- Manage and mentor staff
- Ability to work with executive level
- Various projects and special analysis as assigned
Education / Skills :
- BS / BA in Accounting required, MBA / MS preferred
- CPA license required
- Minimum 6+ years relevant work experience
- Strong working knowledge of SEC rules and regulations required
- Big 4 public accounting experience highly preferred
- Excellent analytical and technical accounting skills
- Strong PC skills / SAP experience desired
