Duties for this role include, but are not limited to :

• Operating machinery such as CNC lathes, mills, saws, and other auxiliary equipment to produce components to blueprint specifications
• Performing post-machining operations such as deburring, filing, and sanding
• Checking components for conformity based on a pre-defined inspection plan by usage of gauging equipment
• Maintaining a neat and clean machine and work area
• Recording and reporting daily production figures to our ERP system, Acumatica
• Observing and maintaining basic machine maintenance and input levels
• Recognizing deviations in components and in machine performance, reporting to the Cell Lead
• Demonstrating dependable, reliable, safe work

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

1+ years of CNC Machining Mill or Lathe required

Experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators)

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
