Job Duties :
Avaya LLC seeks an IT Architecture Sr Manager (Irving, TX) to participate in critical projects from start to finish including requirements discovery and analysis, solutioning, deployment, testing, technology selection, and design configuration, training, change management, documentation, communication, and measuring business value.
Understand and apply Avaya business processes and strategy through collaboration and regular engagement with key stakeholders and process owners.
Interface SAP with our external applications, including Quoting and Provisioning, to improve systems usability and process efficiency.
Translate business process requirements to SAP configuration and document solutions. Advise on the management of configuration and testing across the SAP environment.
Support the identification and implementation of process improvement opportunities for complex business needs and recommend solutions to complex problems to support organizational strategic vision and priorities.
Collaborate with other professional functional architects and business analysts to ensure end-to-end process integration and consistency.
Understand non-SAP business systems and their interaction with SAP and assist in the support and management of those systems as part of our overall solutions portfolio.
Collaborate with the Master Data Management team to provide input on strategy and initiatives to support management reporting requirements.
Local telecommuting up to 2 days per week. Directly supervises 13 direct reports. 10% domestic travel and 10% international travel required.
