As our new Assistant Clinical Supervisor , you'll be the heartbeat of our Overnight ECC team, making sure our furry patients and their humans receive top-notch care.

With 90% of your time dedicated to technical work and 10% to keeping things running smoothly, you'll be at the forefront of high-quality, personalized care.

Compensation :

$28-$33 per hour, based on your awesome skills and credentials.

Schedule :

• Overnight shifts, 4 x 10s.
• Includes one weekend day.

• Team up with our rockstar Emergency and Critical Care crew (including our incredible Emergency Doctors) to deliver top-tier patient care and customer service.
• Master the flow of the department like a pro.
• Be a problem-solving guru, optimizing daily operations with creativity and flair.
• Build and nurture a positive, collaborative vibe across the hospital.
• Be the ultimate team player, promoting trust, respect, and cooperation among all.
• Serve as the hospital’s go-to leader, ready to jump in and lead whenever duty calls.
• Help coordinate training and development, ensuring our team is always on top of their game.
• Work hand-in-hand with all departments to make sure our service is smooth and seamless without ever compromising on care or hospitality.
• Keep our equipment in tip-top shape and manage service needs like a champ.

Skills and experience :

• Lead by example with effective leadership skills.
• Communicate like a pro, ensuring our team collaborates smoothly.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in every interaction.

Qualifications :

• 1+ years of experience as a supervisor and 3+ years of experience as a Veterinary Technician.
• Competency in procedures, surgical prep, patient monitoring, and client education.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, kneel, bend, and handle our active animal friends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required.
