Our client is a prestigious law firm with a renowned reputation in the legal industry. They are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Litigation Associate / Attorney for their New York office. Requirements :
- Minimum of 3 years general experience in sophisticated commercial litigation
- Admission to New York Bar is required
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent oral and written communication skills Responsibilities : As a Litigation Associate / Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile cases alongside some of the most talented attorneys in the industry.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to :
- Conducting research and analysis on legal issues
- Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda
- Representing clients in court hearings and proceedings
- Assisting with trial preparation
- Collaborating with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy Qualifications : The ideal candidate for this position must possess the following qualifications :
