Customer service Representative
Now hiring a Customer Service Representative for our waste management client in Fort Collins, CO!
Pay : $20-$21 / hr
Hours : 8am-5pm, M-F
Location : Fort Collins, CO (100% onsite)
Position Type : Temp to hire
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and utilize drivers, trucks, and containers to create capacity, maximize productivity, and ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all customers
- Create, implement, and problem solve daily route information with drivers and customers to create the most efficient process
- Quickly and proactively resolve logistics issues that arise
- Assist customers with any questions or concerns they have
- Review product supply and demand reports and populate the inventory management report
- Update and input route information into computer system
- Collect daily onsite information and update the inventory log
- Assist Dispatchers by responding to customer and driver complaints and inquiries
- Maintain and process operations information (e.g., vehicle maintenance, accounting, and route sheets)
- Distribute, collect, and review route sheets for proper billing and productivity reports
- Assist in generative monthly productivity reports
- Assist with other assigned duties
Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
- Office, operations, and / or logistics experience
- Outstanding customer service skills and friendly demeanor
- Comfortable constantly being on the phone
- Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliability / dependability
