Title : Customer Service

Location : Remote
- Accurately enter and manage certificates related to inspections.
- Generate and complete detailed inspection reports using provided templates and software.
- Conduct regular audits of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure data accuracy.
- Enter past jobs into CRM system to follow up with recurring inspections.
- Confirm that all invoices have been paid by clients in a timely manner.
- Respond promptly and professionally to company inquiries.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
