We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service and manage a book of commercial lines accounts. This role involves handling client communications, guiding clients on coverage, maintaining key relationships, and ensuring accurate documentation in the agency management system. You'll collaborate closely with producers and carrier underwriters to deliver timely, professional service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day account servicing, including policy changes, additions / deletions, coverage analysis, and client consultations.
Prepare and submit renewal business, ensuring competitive coverage and cost ratios.
Develop accurate renewal proposals and ensure timely execution of renewals.
Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, and policy changes.
Support producers in marketing new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver client meeting materials, representing the agency professionally.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of insurance industry experience servicing mid to large commercial accounts.
Agency / Broker background required.
Active Property & Casualty License .
Proficiency in AMS360 is must.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
