Sigma Healthcare staffing is currently looking for Medical Technologist to work onsite in Lubbock.

Shift : 2 : 30PM - 11 : 00PM Thu / Fri / Sat / Sun / Mon (Off on Tue / Wed)
Essential Functions :
Responsible for performance of laboratory procedures and reporting of test results; monitoring test analysis and specimen examinations.
Responsible for careful handling of chemicals and infectious material to protect all laboratory personnel : collection of blood and other specimens under aseptic conditions.
Responsible for care of expensive scientific laboratory and judicious use of materials.
Qualifications :
1 years of laboratory experience as a generalist preferred
ASCP Certification preferred
Customer service abilities including effective listening skills
Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Ability to perform work that requires walking, sitting and standing most of the time while on duty.
