Overview : IntercareRecruitment is seeking a dedicated Fulltime Physical Therapist towork in a large 130bed center committed to providing exceptionalrehabilitation services to its residents.
Responsibilities :
- Provide physical therapy services to residentsensuring individualized care plans arefollowed.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitationand nursing teams to ensure comprehensivecare.
- Participate in interdisciplinary teammeetings to discuss resident progress and careplans.
- Educate residents and their families onhome exercise programs and safety.
- Maintainaccurate documentation of therapy sessions and residentprogress.
Qualifications :
- Licensed PhysicalTherapist
- Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills
- Ability to workeffectively within a teamenvironment
- Commitment to providing highqualitycare and services to residents
