Director, Client Solutions
Responsibilities : Identify and prospect new business opportunities within target market, leveraging networks, referrals, and industry insights to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and priorities.
Conduct thorough assessments to identify opportunities; partner with business leaders / practitioners to develop customized solutions and deliver maximum value.
Develop and execute strategies to expand client base and achieve revenue targets and objectives, incorporating market analysis, competitive intelligence, and client feedback.
Track and monitor sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts, providing regular updates and reports to the CEO and executive leadership.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development teams to develop targeted campaigns and strategies to attract and engage prospective clients.
Assist with the development of proposals, presentations, and other materials to effectively communicate proposed solutions to clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and close, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Conduct high-level discussions and presentations to articulate the value proposition of our services. Host and organize events, round tables, and networking opportunities to engage with prospective clients and industry stakeholders, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership.
Attend industry conferences and networking events to build relationships, generate leads, and stay informed about industry developments.
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to anticipate client needs and position the company as a leader in providing innovative solutions.
Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement among sales team. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing-related field.
Proven track record of success in sales roles within the professional services or consulting industry, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Industry-specific knowledge or professional services experience highly preferred. Strong understanding of sales principles and methodologies, with experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients, and the ability to articulate complex concepts and value propositions.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and overcome objections. Effective project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
