MUST HAVES :
- 6 months -1 year experience Reviewing mortgage documents at a Tile / Mortgage company
- 6 months professional experience using Excel, Word & Outlook.
Description :
- Proofread and audit recordable documents to be sent to county recorder
- Perform handling and processes for any mortgage related documents; assignments, Deed of Trust, Warranty / Quit Claim Deeds, releases, affidavits, etc.
- Process recording fees by understanding related mortgage documents
- Process mortgage documents to include rejections and resubmissions
Pay : $17 / hr
