DESCRIPTION

• Under the supervision of the Plumbing Superintendent, the Utilities Plumber performs the full range of skilled journey-level plumbing work on campus utility systems.
• Respond to trouble calls related to utility systems, including but not limited to natural gas, potable water, high temp hot water, chilled water, reclaimed water, sewer, storm drains, fire protection services, and seawater. Inspect campus utility systems, buildings, facilities, plumbing systems, and components to ascertain required repairs through proper troubleshooting techniques, and use of various test equipment and schematics.
• Coordinate services with campus customers and assist with questions regarding work performed. Provide expeditious, professional, and courteous customer service.

Annual Full Pay Range : $105,841 - $105,841 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)

Hourly Equivalent : $50.69 - $50.69
