Oncology Registered Nurse
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Oncology Registered Nurse to fill an opening in Fort Myers, Florida.
Daily Responsibilities for Oncology Registered Nurse :
- This Nurse will be giving chemo daily, doing assessments, and giving shots, accessing ports, etc.
- Assists providers and staff with the daily coordination of patient care to facilitate efficient patient flow and provider access
- Functions as primary liaison between patients, staff, and providers to ensure delivery of a patient centered model of care
- Serves as primary support person for the providers
- Ability to support coverage of Clinical Manager, if needed.
- Must have strong critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
- Monday through Friday, from 8 to 5pm (hours may shift with patient needs but will be very close to these). Either way, will be a 40-hour work week
Required Qualifications for Oncology Registered Nurse :
- Active and clear FL RN license
- Active CPR and BLS
- Experience with accessing ports, infusion management, drip titration, IV Therapy and monitoring for appropriate adverse events They will not be mixing but they will be administering
- EMR Experience
- Active Driver License in case they need to float but not likely
Preferred Qualifications for Oncology Registered Nurse :
- Bilingual
- OCN certification (they will get a $2.25 pay bump if they have this)

Pay Details : $39 / hour - $48.61 / hour
