Outstanding long-term contract opportunity! A well-known Financial Services Company is looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in creating Visio diagrams and complex Excel spreadsheets and graphs in support of customer facing payments products.

Resource will work a hybrid schedule in Charlotte.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Customer facing product knowledge : payments, ACH, Wires, Transfers, SWIFT
  • 5+ years business analyst experience specifically focused on projects involving wire payments.
  • Proactive, independent self-starter, who can work in collaboration with the product and cross functional teams and partners.
  • Knowledge of JIRA / Confluence application for Agile development
  • Background in documenting and refining user stories and process flows
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate ideas to diverse business and technical audiences.
  • Proficiency with MS Office software products including MS Project, Power Point, Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint
  • Experience navigating heavily matrixed organizations, including multiple business lines.
  • Strong wholesale treasury management background and experience or experience with international products and / or payment systems.

What You Will Be Doing

Responsible for coordinating product deliverables across cross-functional project teams (Product, Technology, Operations, and other key business partners) and managing product-related activities in a project life cycle (e.

g., initiation, Agile user story development, market readiness and delivery), with a strong focus on project management and business requirements development for customer-facing products and services.

  • Interact with product leads and key global business partners to execute strategic plans and objectives.
  • Coordinate across a broadly dispersed global team.
  • Coordinate work specific to upcoming customer migration activities.
  • Participate as Intake coordinator to support incoming issue / request tickets from lines of business. Categorize and report on ticket volumes based on issue type.

Assist in dispositioning and resolving tickets within established SLA.

  • Prepare, execute, and maintain product project plan, coordinating with other stakeholders and partners as needed to align key project tasks dependencies.
  • Track and report status of project tasks, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Schedule and lead project meetings as needed, publishing agendas, notes and minutes.
