Responsibilities :

Customer Engagement :

• Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about our products, including various types of cabinets and stone materials, their features, and benefits.
• Assist customers in selecting the best options based on their requirements and budget.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings promptly and professionally.

Sales and Consultation :

• Actively engage in sales activities to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their project goals and provide tailored recommendations.
• Prepare and present quotes and proposals to clients, outlining product details, pricing, and timelines.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have.

Product Knowledge and Education :

• Stay updated on industry trends, new product offerings, and advancements in cabinetry and stone materials.
• Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the features, benefits, and proper care of our products.
• Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure accurate information and seamless communication throughout the sales process.

Administrative Tasks :

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, quotes, and orders.
• Coordinate with the administrative staff to process orders, schedule deliveries, and arrange installations.
• Assist in showroom maintenance, including organizing displays, restocking inventory, and ensuring a clean and inviting environment for customers.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cabinetry or home improvement industry.
• Strong knowledge of cabinetry and stone products, including different materials, finishes, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
