We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Aviation Document Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an Aviation Document Analyst, you will play a crucial role in reviewing and revising maintenance manuals, while collaborating with other Veryon business units as necessary.
This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
What You’ll Accomplish - Your Performance Objectives
Objective #1

In your first thirty days, develop an understanding of the maintenance programs Veryon offers to its customers. You will :
- Review and apply revisions of maintenance manuals, collaborating with Customer Service, Onboarding, and operators as necessary.
- OEM Revision Applications
- AAIP / Custom Inspection Program Revisions
Objective #2
In your first 60 days, you'll continue to work on Maintenance manual revisions but also focus on NPUBS Monitoring and application. You'll do so by :
- Monitoring assigned OEMs for newly released or revised publications.
- Create projects and documentation accordingly.
- Download and apply service information to tracking via the ADSI tool per written process.
Objective #3
In your first 90 days, you will continue to cross collaborate with other business units and provide additional support to the MP Team. You'll do so by :
- Provide a comprehensive overview of the MP team's functions to members of other teams, facilitating a better understanding of the team's role and responsibilities.
- Handle Customer Support issues and Enrollment questions as they come through the chats.

Ensuring accuracy and completeness hinges on the analyst's ability to thoroughly review and validate each piece of information.
Strong Problem Solvers / Analytical Thinkers : The right person for this role has strong problem-solving skills and data analysis abilities.
They will be able to verify usability and completeness of documentation provided, ensuring it meets current standards to enroll the aircraft properly.
Project Management, Organizational Planning & Execution : The best ADA will have excellent project and time management skills.
They will do exceptionally well at multitasking and juggling several tasks and deadlines at once.
