Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather necessary information.
- Analyze project plans and specifications to identify labor, material, and time requirements.
- Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5yrs experience as a Commercial Construction Estimator in the construction industry.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
