- Manage COVID patients in labor / C-Section / Antepartum / OBED
Job Description :
- Unit has 19 labor beds, 5 OBED, 3 PACU, 3 Surgical, and 8 Antepartum beds
- Night shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 2 OBED, 2-3 Antepartum, and 10 labor nurses
- Patient ratios : 2 : 1 in labors, 3 : 1 in OBED, 4 : 1 in Antepartum, and 1 : 1 in OR
- Equipment includes EMR CPN and Meditech
- Typical procedures : C-sections, Cerclage, BTLD, and D&C for PPH only
- Preferred personality : Ability to work in a great team and adapt to fast-paced environments
- Floating Area : Low risk Antepartum unit
- Dress Code : Royal blue scrubs; no t-shirts
- Weekend Requirement : Possibly four weekend shifts a month, mandatory 2 weekend shifts a month
- No on-call requirement
