Description :

Float between ICU, PCU, Stepdown, and MedSurg units.

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an acute care setting.

Utilize critical thinking and clinical skills to assess and implement patient care plans.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Adhere to established protocols and best practices.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the charting system.

Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.

Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Meet the requirements for ongoing education and training in specialty areas.
