Our Growing Dental office is seeking an experienced (if possible) and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our back office team.
As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and supporting the dental providers.
Your responsibilities will include assisting during procedures, ensuring a clean and organized work environment, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities
Prepare treatment rooms and set up instruments for dental procedures.
Assist the dentist during various procedures by providing instruments, materials, and suction.
Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment following infection control protocols.
Take and process dental X-rays as directed by the dentist.
Provide post-operative instructions to patients and address their questions or concerns.
Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment plans in the practice management software.
Help manage inventory by tracking supplies and placing orders when necessary.
Support front office tasks when required, including scheduling appointments and answering phone calls.
Uphold strict adherence to infection control and HIPAA guidelines.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
