Senior Director Of Program Management Role, San Diego!
EVONA are seeking an experienced Executive Program Management Leader to develop and standardize our clients' Program Management Methodology, focusing on improving processes, tools, and training.
You will build and lead a team of PMO experts, collaborate with senior leaders, and drive key initiatives to achieve measurable benefits.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and enhance program management processes, tools, and training.
- Lead a team of PMO experts to improve project execution.
- Collaborate with leaders to align on priorities and strategic goals.
- Conduct program reviews and close-out meetings to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to program managers across the company.
- Monitor performance metrics and contribute to strategic planning.
Experience required :
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- PMP Certification required.
- 7+ years of program management experience, preferably in a corporate or government setting with large value programs $
- Proven experience in Executive Program Management, preferably in large space or aerospace organisations.
