Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Rehab Registered Nurse (RN). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation nursing, with the ability to provide high-quality care to patients recovering from surgery, injury, or chronic illness.
Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
You will also be responsible for patient education, monitoring progress, and ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.
Duties :
- Assess and evaluate patient needs in a rehabilitation setting.
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery processes.
- Document patient progress and report to the healthcare team.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in rehabilitation nursing
- BLS / ACLS certification (as required)
- Current RN license in the state of practice Compact license
