What You'll Do

• Lead the design, prototyping, and refinement of mechanical systems with a sharp focus on maximizing throughput and reliability.
• Collaborate with automation, controls, and operations teams to integrate new equipment designs into production lines.
• Run structured experiments (DOE, root-cause analysis) to validate design improvements and drive continuous performance gains.
• Optimize existing equipment to minimize downtime, extend machine life, and scale production capacity.
• Document, test, and iterate designs rapidly — moving from concept to working systems with speed and precision.
• Stay plugged into the latest advances in robotics, automation, and mechanical engineering to keep Dove's systems at the frontier.
