We are hiring locum CRNAs (new grads and experienced) for this unique opportunity to practice autonomously in Dubuque County, IA while enjoying unmatched schedule flexibility and a supportive clinical culture!

Job details :

Coverage : October 2025 December 2025
Schedule : Full time coverage day shift, flexible structure
Bread-and-butter cases including spine, established relationship, autonomous environment

What our client has to offer?

$250 / hour as a 1099 provider

Travel reimbursements (flights, accommodation, car rental or mileage)

Malpractice insurance

Autonomy : CRNAs handle their own pre-ops, build their own cases, and perform regional anesthesia

Support : Work under hospital bylaws no chart review or direct MD supervision

Mentorship : Ideal for CRNAs looking to grow toward full independence

Ideal Candidates Will :

Hold (or be eligible for) Iowa CRNA licensure (licensing support available upon offer)

Value independence, efficiency, and a team-first environment

Be comfortable in low-acuity, fast-paced surgical settings

Have interest or foundational training in regional anesthesia
