We are looking for a talented UX Designer to join us and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of experience design through strategic innovation and user-centric thinking.

As a UX Designer, you will be instrumental in crafting engaging and intuitive user experiences that align seamlessly with our clients' strategic goals.

You will leverage your expertise in research and design principles to drive every stage of the design process, from initial insights and strategy development to creating impactful experiential solutions and integrating advanced technologies like AI.

Here's what you'll do :

• User Research : Conduct comprehensive user research to gather insights that drive design decisions and inform project direction.
• Collaboration : Partner with BI and strategy teams to develop and present user personas, journey maps, and other key research deliverables.
• User Testing : Lead and facilitate user testing sessions to validate design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
• Design Execution : Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
• Innovation : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions, ensuring designs are aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Technology Integration : Integrate AI and other advanced technologies into experiential design solutions to enhance user engagement and functionality.
• Design Reviews : Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews, offering constructive feedback and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Trend Awareness : Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in UX design to inform and refine our approach to experiential solutions.

Here's what we're looking for :

• Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user research, wireframing, and high-fidelity design.
• Design Tools : Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
• Design Principles : Solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies, design principles, and usability testing.
• Technology : Experience with AI integration and other advanced technologies in design is a plus.
• Communication : Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively to stakeholders across multiple locations.
• Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Project Management : Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Experiential Design : Experience in creating immersive user experiences and engaging designs is preferred.
• Development Collaboration : Familiarity and strong collaboration with front-end development is preferred.
• Accessibility : Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles is preferred.
