Responsibilities :
Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role :
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and special events, including logistics and materials preparation
Take detailed notes during meetings and conferences, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions, action items, and decisions
Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and follow-up action items to relevant parties
Handle confidential information with integrity and maintain discretion at all times
Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the executive(s)
Perform research and compile data for reports and presentations
Assist with project management and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
Prepare expense reports and manage office supplies and inventory
Support other administrative functions as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Qualifications :
Minimum Job Requirements :
Minimum of 3 years proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure with a high degree of accuracy
Demonstrated discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience supporting C-level executives is advantageous
Company retains the sole discretion to change the duties of the position at any time.
Pay Range : $60,000 to $75,000
