We have IMMEDIATE openings for (2) FULL TIME experienced Inside Sales / Customer Service Reps. You will be responsible for selling industrial products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting.
You will help customers in all aspects of the ordering process.
Responsibilities :
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Research parts (schematics, parts lists, ect)
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Ship & receive inventory
- Stock showroom and parts departments
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Help where needed within company
Qualifications :
- SMALL EQUIPMENT OR AUTO PARTS EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in sales, customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Self motivated
- Personable with an outgoing attitude
- Standing for long hours
- Lifting more than 50 lbs.
- CONCRETE CUTTING INDUSTRY background would be a huge plus!
