TYPICAL WORK PERFORMED
- Provide administrative support for procurement.
- Research and approve IT purchase requests.
- Assist with quotes for IT purchases.
- Assist with new contract procurement and renewal of existing contracts.
- Develop, design, and implement IT asset management business processes.
- Provide general IT budget tracking and support.
- Assist with contract terms and conditions.
- Manage contracts database.
- Write scopes of work (SOW).
- Develop short form contracts and SOW.
- Research contracts available for IT solutions.
- Develop / update templates for IT procurement.
