Training Schedule :

• In-Office : Monday to Thursday
• Remote : Friday

After completing an 8-10 week training program, the role transitions to a hybrid schedule, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote work.

As an Implementation Specialist at ADP, you will be at the forefront of introducing new clients to the suite of ADP's services and technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Consulting with Clients : Understand client businesses and guide them towards the best ADP solutions, optimizing their success with our services.
• Implementing ADP Technologies : Analyze and integrate new systems, interface requirements, and processes, tailoring the best possible solution for each client.
• Partnering Internally : Collaborate with ADP's sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and superior service delivery.
• Multi-Task & Communicate Excellently : Manage several projects simultaneously with outstanding communication, leveraging Microsoft Office suite efficiently.

Job Requirements :

• You have a minimum of 2 years in client service / customer service, including at least one year of business consulting expertise.
• Location : You must be located within commuting distance of El Paso, TX, to be considered for this role.

Qualifications

• A college degree is advantageous but not mandatory. Relevant experience is highly valued.
• Robust interpersonal skills, with a knack for problem-solving and adaptability.
