Job Requirements :

Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN

• Active Oregon LPN License
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
• Minimum of two years of recent paid experience working as an LPN
• COVID Vaccinated
• Recent PPD Test or Chest X-Ray
• Clear criminal background check(s) & drug screening
• Reliable transportation & smartphone

Job Summary

This is a local per diem position.

You will be responsible for providing quality healthcare to our clients in this individual contributor role.

The compensation for this position is $40 per hour, paid weekly.
