Conducting accurate assessments based on the needs of your patient population. Ensuring patient safety through adherence to established protocols. Prioritizing nursing interventions based on patient needs and available resources. Actively participating in multidisciplinary rounds and safety huddles for effective communication and care. A current Kansas Registered Nurse License BCLS certification from the American Heart Association A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or the commitment to obtain one within 4 years of employment
