Job Description :

As a Mobile Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and high-quality automotive repair and maintenance services to our clients.

You'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle issues, ensuring their safety and reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

Mobile Service : Travel to clients' locations, including homes, offices, or roadside, to provide on-the-spot vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Diagnosis : Inspect vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify mechanical, electrical, and other issues.

Repair and Maintenance : Perform a variety of tasks, including engine and transmission repairs, brake system maintenance, oil changes, tire replacements, and more.

Adherence to Safety : Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations, promoting the safety of both customers and team members.

Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair issues, offering solutions, and obtaining necessary approvals before proceeding with work.

Documentation : Maintain accurate records of services provided, including parts used, labor hours, and costs, for billing and reference purposes.

Parts Management : Efficiently manage and order necessary parts and materials to complete repairs.

Equipment Maintenance : Keep tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues for prompt resolution.

Continual Learning : Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and trends through training and workshops.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and parts.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification.
• Previous experience as a mobile mechanic.
• HVAC or refrigeration certification (for refrigerated vehicle repairs, if applicable).
• Multilingual skills to cater to a diverse customer base.
