About The Position
Job Title : Case Manager Job Specialty : Nursing Job Duration : Contract Shift : Variable Guaranteed Hours : Full-time Experience : Minimum of 2 years as a case manager;
acute care experience required License : Valid RN License; must be verified on Nursys Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) required Must-Have : Degree accreditation must be on profile Job Description : Conduct HWL prescreen interviews followed by manager final interviews and offer process.
- Comply with a 50-mile radius rule from the facility to permanent address.- Floating required; travelers will float first and may float to other sister campuses as needed.
- Ensure all requests for time off (RTO) or schedule adjustments are submitted prior to submission. No approvals will be given post-submission.
- Submit complete demographic information at the time of submission, including full address, email, full date of birth, full Social Security number, and RN license number.
- Actively engage and integrate with the unit culture, functioning as core staff.- Meet all documentation deadlines on the Monday prior to start, with no exceptions for pending documents.
