Job Description :

As an Art Director, you will play a key role in developing innovative and effective creative solutions for our clients across various media channels.

You will collaborate with copywriters, creative leadership, and design professionals to concept, design, and execute creative campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop creative concepts for clients across multiple media types (TV, radio, print, digital, outdoor, collateral).
• Partner with copywriters and creative staff to solve client problems and projects.
• Work with agency leadership to develop strong design practices and executions.
• Contribute to new business pitches with bold and innovative work.
• Create compelling art and design that activates target audiences.
• Maintain best practices for file and server management.
• Adhere to client brand guidelines and design standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
• Maintain a positive attitude and be solution-oriented.

Required Skills :

• Strong conceptual ideation and creative execution skills.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
• Understanding of customer experience, brand management, marketing, advertising, and e-commerce.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Highly motivated and self-directed.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in advertising or design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design and art direction expertise.
• Experience solving business problems through design.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and additional design tools (Motion Graphics and Generative AI tools a plus).
