Job Summary : Ensuring that the organization is equipped with a workforce that can continue to operate and maintain the AirTrain.
The Trainer is responsible for developing the skills of the employees. Responsibilities : -Teaching a variety of technical, safety and administrative training classes through classroom lecture, practical demonstration, and individual lessons.
- Prepare lesson plans for each training class. -Prepare learning material for classes by reviewing content to ensure information is current.
- Update material as required. -Prepare and conduct New Hire Introductory Training.-Develop new skills in employees by utilizing shift blueprints and employee development plans.
- Research new teaching methods. -Attend education conferences.Required Skills / Qualifications : -Exceptional Verbal and Written communication skills.
- Excellent Time Management and Organizational abilities.-Extraordinary Public Speaking and Presentation Skills.-Expert in MS Office and E-Learning software.
