My client, a multi-state law firm, is seeking an experience attorney to join their Professional Liability team. In this role, you will handle a variety of professional liability coverage cases.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of civil litigation defense experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney looking to advance their career in a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities :
- Successfully manage a docket of professional liability and general insurance coverage and insurance defense matters
- Take and defend depositions, draft filings, motions, and attend court appearances
- Effectively communicate with the team and collaborate with attorneys and staff
- Consistently work to acheive favorable outcomes for clients
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in Arizona
- 5-10 years of litigation experience
- Experience in professional liability and / or civil litigation defense
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
