Responsibilities :

As a Global Digital and Web Specialist with Hamilton Medical, Inc. (HMI), you will have a direct impact on patient care by supporting the management and continuous improvement of our B2B company website, digital strategy and e-marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic, customer-oriented mindset with a strong background in digital business, web management, and online marketing, with a keen interest in medical technology.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and excellent organizational skills to ensure that our website is user-friendly, compliant with regulations, and optimized for both search engines and user experience.

This position is a full-time onsite role at our headquarters in Reno, NV and reports to the Global Digital Marketing Manager in Bonaduz (CH).

Your key responsibilities

Are you passionate about driving digital growth and optimizing online experiences? As our Global Digital and Web Specialist, you manage our company website, implement cutting-edge SEO strategies, and execute impactful online marketing campaigns.

Join our dynamic Global Marketing team to create seamless user journeys, analyze digital performance, and support our staff in mastering the latest digital tools.

Website content management

  • Manage and maintain the company website and other web applications, including content updates, landing page creation, and user management
  • Collaborate with the website manager and external service providers to ensure timely maintenance, bug fixes, and the integration of new features to enhance functionality
  • Implement and continuously improve SEO strategies, focusing on both content and technical SEO elements, to boost site visibility and ranking

Online advertising and content creation

  • Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive online marketing campaigns, including Google Adwords, display advertising, and email marketing and social media initiatives
  • Repurpose and optimize existing content for use in various digital marketing campaigns to maximize reach and engagement

Marketing automation

  • Conceptualize, design, and execute automated customer journeys, surveys, and lead nurturing campaigns, aligning them with the overall marketing strategy
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to implement best practices and ensure the smooth execution of campaigns

Data analysis and optimization

  • Conduct thorough evaluation and analysis of all digital marketing activities to improve user experience, website performance, and conversion rates
  • Track KPIs to assess the success of digital marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights for future strategies

Employee training and support :

  • Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to internal users of the website and other digital tools
  • Train employees on website tools ensuring they are equipped to utilize them effectively

Qualifications :

Skills and competencies :

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach to managing projects
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
  • Passion for technology and a deep interest in keeping up with digital trends, especially in medical technology (preferred)
  • Hands-on, proactive, and self-motivated with a collaborative team spirit
  • Willing and able to travel internationally for extended periods.

Education / Experience :

Education :

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, Digital Business, or a related field (required)
  • Certifications in SEO, Google AdWords, or marketing automation tools (preferred)

Experience :

  • 3-5 years of experience in website management, online marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment, ideally in the medical device industry
  • Proven experience with content management systems (CMS), website maintenance, and collaboration with external developers
  • Expertise in SEO best practices (on-page and technical), Google Analytics, and Google AdWords (certification preferred)
  • Experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns , including online advertising, email marketing, and content repurposing
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and lead nurturing strategies, with a proven ability to design and execute automated marketing campaigns
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret data and suggest actionable improvements for digital strategies.
