Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented construction professional looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee industrial and commercial site projects in Los Angeles, Orange County and Riverside.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and managing project budgets, cost reports, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Implementing strong budget control measures and value engineering strategies.
- Reviewing architectural drawings, space planning, and equipment layouts.
- Developing vendor scopes, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining project timelines.
- Collaborating with clients and team members while maintaining professionalism and ethical business practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project required.
- Experience : 2-3 years in project management within industrial / commercial construction.
