Who is Fikst?

Fikst, a Re : Build Manufacturing company, is a growing product design and engineering consulting firm located in Wilmington, MA.

We work with pioneering clients to develop their technology, design their products, and bring those products to production.

Fikst's areas of expertise include biomedical instruments and consumables, microfluidics, specialty plastic design, optics, industrial automation, and design for manufacturing.

We have extensive in-house laboratory and rapid prototyping capability including CNCs, 3D printers and laser cutters, all of which helps facilitate our ability to prototype and innovate fast.

• Interest and willingness to learn new skills as the job evolves and grows
• Able to work a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office, a minimum of 15 regularly scheduled hours
• Available 15-20 hours per week

What you'll get to do

We're hiring an entry-level IT Technician to work with the IT team to assist with computer setups, software updates, upgrades to existing computers around the office, performing basic network wiring, and taking inventory.

We will also train you on more advanced IT systems to increase the variety and complexity of the work you can do.

What you bring to the Team

• Experience with Google products
• Experience with Office 365 products
• Basic troubleshooting experience
• Basic knowledge of network wiring
