- Ensure compliance with care standards according to established policies, procedures, and guidelines.- Conduct physical exams and health histories.
- Provide health promotions, counseling, and education.- Triage and treat patients with acute and chronic conditions.- Administer medications, wound care, and appropriate vaccinations for pediatrics.
- Direct and supervise care provided by other healthcare professionals, making patient care assignments based on the scope of practice and skill level.
- Quickly respond to adverse signs and symptoms in emergency situations.- Communicate and collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
- Make referral appointments and arrange for specialty care as needed.- Conduct research to support improved practice and patient outcomes.
Working hours are Monday through Friday, 0700-1600. No work on weekends, holidays, or scheduled closure days. Notification of closure days will be provided at least two weeks in advance.
