Thrive in a mission-driven organization that values personal and professional development.Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to patients with identified behavioral health needs, ensuring exceptional care and attention.Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and tailor individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to meet diverse patient needs.Collaborate proactively with non-physician providers to orchestrate comprehensive psychiatric treatment plans.Maintain meticulous documentation of all patient encounters, ensuring all interactions and efforts are promptly recorded.Regularly reassess patients to inform the development of new treatment plans, applying well-practiced psychotherapeutic modalities, particularly for childhood disorders.
