We are looking for talented Sales Consultants to join our Boston market. The role involves in-home consultations, providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for replacement projects. You will build rapport with customers through a customer-focused, consultative selling experience and drive top results.
Responsibilities Meet or exceed individual and sales team goals; own appointment scheduling and convert leads to sales; manage time and activities to meet deadlines, quotas, and customer requirements.
Follow established Renewal sales processes; build relationships, instill confidence, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage details and documentation.
Use Renewal selling tools; communicate clearly, listen actively, and maintain knowledge of Renewal offerings.
Complete Renewal training, including pre-class studies and formal class sessions.
Assess window needs, record accurate measurements, and translate measurements into a visual layout and scope of work.
Present a professional Renewal appearance and image; arrive at appointments prepared and on time.
Collaborate as a team to ensure overall customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Minimum of one year selling experience; one to two years customer service experience.
Computer skills; must be 21 years of age.
Ability to sit, walk, and reach; occasional lifting up to 55 lbs; valid driver's license and ability to drive a personal vehicle.
Salary and Benefits Paid training at $25 / hour during a 10-week training period.
Compensation is 100% commission-based after training; pay varies based on experience, location, and certifications.
Potential earnings noted as $200,000–$250,000 annually.

Profit Sharing : 2025 target is $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated; paid quarterly based on profitability.
